    New Version MBAE 1.08.1.1196 / April 27, 2016
    See first post.
It should have updated in the background if you already have it installed.

    Thanks for the tip, @CliffS.:)

    A couple notes:
    • Release is usually throttled, so not all users will get the new build at the same time.
    • (They haven't even yet updated the news threads at the MBAE forum.)
    • EDIT - CORRECTION: See here - Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit 1.08 Build 1196 released
    • Users will want to check the settings tab to be sure that "automatically upgrade to new versions" is enabled.
    • (Or one can always download the setup file and upgrade on top of the existing build.)
    • This build is also supposed to fix issues some users with Chrome +/- Trusteer Rapport had experienced, as well as the others mentioned in the changelog you posted.

    Cheers,

    MM

    Hello.

I had to install it manually. It hadn't updated yet for me.

That is not unusual for MBAE or for most (security and other) software applications.

Question for you on Malwarebytes, maybe you know some info....
When will they include into the paid version the "anti-ransomware module" which they are supposed to introduce into it?
    Any idea????

No, I do not know. They have not yet made any announcement.

IMHO I expect (read: hope) it will not be for a while, as MBARW-Beta does not seem to be stable enough yet to incorporate into MBAM (based on the volume of trouble reports at the MBARW-Beta forum).
You may wish to monitor the MBARW-Beta forum >HERE<, as well their social media sites and blog (if you're into that sort of thing).

Not my place to be contradict MM about anything related to Malwarebytes as she is the expert, but I'm sure I read on their forums that MBARW will be incorporated in MBAM when its ready. If I am mistaken MM will slap my hand I'm sure.

    Hi:

I think you may have misread my post.

@OldMike65 asked if I knew WHEN it would be incorporated.
I said I did not know as the Team had made no announcement.
And I added that MBARW-BETA's instability suggests that it does not YET seem ready to be incorporated into MBAM.
I did NOT say that it would not be incorporated.
Unless or until Malwarebytes management says otherwise, it's my understanding that the technology will be added into MBAM at some point, when the Team decides that it is ready.

    Cheers, MM
