I leave my Windows 10 Pro PC running 24/7 so is Windows 10 Pro secure enough to do this?

How is Windows Server 2016 more secure than Windows 10?

Woah, really??? I didn't know this was the case. How can I secure my files by using something built into Windows because I don't want to use a 3rd party app unless it's completely necessary...

I've got Truecrypt installed already so can I use this?
I really thought my Windows 10 PC was secure because I had put a password on my user account...
