Attempting to stop popup from Security Center

I am attempting to stop an annoying popup on the bottom right side of my screen that tells me that I need to enable something for the Security Center. I have ran the following .reg file but it didn't stop it.

What should I do?

If it's important you should address the issue;
if not, turn the notification off in Settings/System/Notifications and Actions
