Referring to Simrick's instructions, attach the Touro drive and run MBAM with ROOTKIT enabled. It will run for awhile. Touro is attached because we want MBAM to poke at everything on the system. Find the log file, per Simrick, and post the file, just like you did with Speccy.

Yes, because we included the Touro. Would not normally do that.

We figured you let it run while you went out. Ok, Run the ADWCleaner, per Simrick' instructions. It will produce a log file on "C" where she says. Please post it. This one will take only a couple minutes, promise! It may tell you to reboot, that's ok, do it. OK?

@Lizzy ... I just noticed in your screenshot, it looks like it's still running. Is it? Or has it finished? The word FINISH will be at the bottom of the screen when done. We don't want to run ADWcleaner while MBAM is running.

Thanks for your patience.... When it gets to the Heuristics part, tha last part, it will go much faster. When it does finish, please post the last screen you see with the FINISH at the bottom and the logs simrick asked for. It's the only way we have of knowing you are done. OK??

The two on Touro are the Macrium Image files. It's a busy program! Can we have a screenshot of where it is now? I'm getting bored staring at the cats!!
