What extra software do I need with Windows 10

You do that by clicking EDIT on that post, go to Manage Attachments a couple screens down, click on them, then in the window click on then and DELETE. It will ask you to confirm Deletion of Asset. I think you already have MBAM installed. Download and install ADWCleaner and JRT.....
