Hi Softhe and welcome to Tenforums.

    I would do the following:
    Run RKILL
This temporarily stops all suspicious activity on the computer. Everything it does is undone by a reboot.
    Run ADWCleaner (scan then clean)
    Run JRT

See if that gets rid of it.

Did you run RKILL first? and not reboot?
Try running JRT and then ADWCleaner.
If not, we'll move onto an ESET Online Scan. See the post here, for detailed instructions.

Okay, have you tried the JRT tool?

    Let's do this:
Look in your installed programs and see if anything is installed that resembles that name. If so, uninstall it. Also uninstall any other programs which look suspicious to you or that you did not knowingly install. These things get into your system with other "free" stuff you download.

Reset all browsers on the system - whether you use them or not:
    Edge
    Internet Explorer/Chrome/Firefox

Try running ADWCleaner again after running JRT and RKILL.

EDIT: Can you post a screenshot of what it finds please? Or, post the log here? It should be at C:\adwcleaner\

    Thank you.

Please download and run EMSISOFT Emergency Kit.
This runs without being "installed" on the system. Run>Extract
Double-click the icon that appears after extracting to run.
    Select Update. (then Back)
    Select Settings.

    Select Custom Scan.
Select Drive C ( your OS drive)
Once the scan is complete, click quarantine selected objects.
    Click View Report.
    Attach that report here.
    Close.

Please be patient, as this will scan the entire hard drive, and may take quite some time.
