Problem with Windows Defender

Hi, i have win 10 pro x64 1511 , the problem is that i want to disable defender but in services all the options aren't available like in this image :

i dont know that happen, is like im running without admin privilege or something but im the only user in my laptop so that cann't be possible.

please i need help.

If you like, you could turn off Windows Defender instead.

hi, i already use it without sucess. defender is still running :/

actually, there's a services running also named MsMpEng.exe
