Windows Defender AV is enabled by default. Just stay with it for now. Just do regular scans with either SuperAntispyware or MalwareBytes and you're good.

Compliment Windows Defender with MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware both run on demand and you'll be set.

Malware takes care of malware and SuperAntiSpyware takes care of spyware. You don't need either, but it's a bloody good idea if you want to keep clear of malware and spyware.

Well, malware is considered to be everything except viruses, not exclusively, so basically you should have a firewall, antivirus and antimalware, but most antiviruses can handle both like Windows Defender, even the definition states: "Malware includes computer viruses, worms, trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware, scareware, and other malicious programs." Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware are pretty much in the same category. It does not hurt to have both, even though SuperAntiSpyware is falling behind lately, so you can loose it calmly, Malwarebytes is good enough.

The opposite here. I have both the pro version of SAS and MBAM but the latter don't pick up anything most of the time. Either MBAM isn't that good or I am doing the right thing whenever I am online. :) But yeah, doesn't really hurt to have both.

I run MBAM and SAS scans every weekend, and as with badrobot I find SAS picks up plenty of stuff while MBAM is nearly always 99% clean. Overprotective? Maybe, but I'd much rather be safe than sorry.
