Using FS Protection from F-Secure. A beta program that is constantly updated with the latest features before they become mainstream. Have had no issues with it under Win 8.1 and now runs fine under W10.

How did you get free avg 2015 to work? I haven't attempted to install it on windows 10 Release version yet.
Also works fine for me on the Released version.

Security software I'm running under Windows 10 Pro x64 seem to work fine so far. Both main desktop and Surface Pro 2.

Webroot secure anywhere (v9.0.1.35) works fine. Only thing I've noticed is that while it disables windows defender on install, if you disable protection for any reason -like when doing updates/drivers- defender kicks back on and stays on. policy edit still required to keep it disabled. other than that it seems 100%

360 Security Essentials installed and working fine for 3 weeks on Windows 10. I have 360 Security Essentials installed on 6 computers running Win 10 and they all work fine. Norton 360 that comes with Comcast Xfinity will not install.

I haven't moved to Win10 yet because there are a number of products that I use that haven't shipped versions yet that are compatible, so I am looking at forum threads such as this one to help me on when I will be able to upgrade. Hence me reply:

I didn't see "Norton 360" in the list, so I checked the Symantec web site and found a tool that checks the level on your PC, ran it, and it said I have a Win10 compatible version installed, yet it isn't in your list here. Isn't there anyone who uses Norton looking at these forums?

LoL. Never even thought about it until I read this thread. When I updated, I was running AVG and MBytes. After updating to W-10, they both continued working. AVG says it is version 2015.0.6086. I liked Microsoft Sec Essentials for W7 but had switched to AVG because AVG could scan much faster than MSE when you told it to.
I might switch back to W-Defender for awhile just to see if its any quicker than it used to be.
