    Defender

I recently upgraded to Windows 10. I have Eset as my antivirus software and
also Malwarebytes Antimalware running. My Windows defender is forced off. My
question is, " Is there any way I can turn Defender on and run with both
these programs?" And Do I need to run defender or just leave it off, would
it be better to leave it off when I have these other 2 programs"?

Your better off leaving it off. Running two antivirus programs tends to create more problems with Win 10 then they solve. That's why Win 10 disables Defender when it detects another antivirus program running.
