    Best Antivirus

I`d simply recomend to go through review of best on the market, like from this site Best Antivirus Software Review 2015 - BestAdvisor You may need additional information before choosing the best one. As we know there is no the best one. I personally use Kaspersky but sometimes it`s overprotective.

I would say it really depends on how smart a computer user you are that will depend on what security to use. For some people who don't know a lot and what to avoid i tell them go with a security suite , others only need minimal protection.

Kaspersky anti-virus software gets good reviews but do people have cyber security concerns about Kaspersky being a Russian based firm?

After reading one of article for best antivirus for Windows 10, its obvious people start with Windows Defender as its auto enabled. The combination of Windows 10 antivirus with MalwareBytes Anti-Exploit can help you a lot.

I have been using Norton Anti-Virus for 10 years and Norton Security the past 3 years !! I actually bought a 3-User pack on a Super Sale Price (from Norton). My Wife uses on and I have one "unused" !!

Since I Upgraded to WINDOWS 10 PRO I find Norton is NOT "catching" everything !! I am also using Malwarebytes which has caught the "Babylon" Malware and removed all folders, files & registry entries. The NORTON SECURITY is just NOT "catching" many Virus's. It may be the setting ??

Can you suggest the BEST ANTI-VIRUS for my WINDOWS 10 PRO ??

    THANKS !!

hey, about babylon: if you are talking about the translation software that translates selected words when you hit CTRL+right mouse button, then good for Norton! Because it is not malware. It is a very useful program.
True, MBAM flags it as a potentially unwanted program, probably because it acts intrusively, as it gets inside Word and Adobe Reader and other programs as well (this is so you can do one-click translations).
But I can assure you that if you installed what I installed, it is a great piece of software that saves you a lot of time. I have been using it professionally (I am a translator) for about 10 years, now.

The AV that catches the most "viruses" is not necessarily the best one, because it may be presenting you with a lot of false positives.

But to answer your question, I use panda free for antivirus and antimalware protection, it is light and doesn't conflict with windows 10 pro, and gives excellent protection against malware etc. I have not found it to slow down my PC (although I am not a gamer, so I can't comment on that side of things). It just works.

I did not install their browser toolbar for web protection, though, because it does not get very good reviews. The best reviews for web protection that I saw (PCMag) are for Norton. You can install Norton Identity Safe as a free, stand-alone program. Even if you don't use the included password manager, it will give you great web protection, just let it install the necessary extensions in your browser (at least, that is how it works with Chrome).
