Well, this is something new. If the clock is wrong then it might involve other problems. Windows Updates will fail and also some drivers will not work properly.I have another unique problem as well.
The clock on the bottom right says it is 28 August and 831 pm.
But it is 5 September and 1 06 pm.
If it still happens. You might want to replace the CMOS Battery.
The thing is, the OP clearly does not have a robust process to manage their device. So there is likely a large number of issues that have built up over time. With no way to logically backtrack, the whole procedure to rectify the issues becomes way too random. You fix one issue then another appears. You fix that then something else happens. It could be like trying to find a load of different needles hiding within a multitude of haystacks found across a large number of different farms. It could take way too long. Far far longer than a simple clean install.

No offence intended in the comments above. I'm just trying to be realistic and pragmatic. You have plenty of time to do the research and to learn the logical processes once you have a nice clean system up and running :)

@OP - Change the time in Windows manually to the correct time and save. Then keep checking over the next few days or so whether the system holds its time correctly when it is turned off (not in sleep or hibernate). If it loses time then you need to change the battery
It is usually a CR2032 battery and can be bought from most major hardware stores, supermarkets etc
Once you do a clean install and without the Anti Virus crap. The system performance will definitely improve after Windows settling down building Search Index, Cache etc...@Axe0
For a part your correct, there is no virus problem.
But I would feel it a shame to not solve the slow perfomance issue.
I mentioned it earlier & as other people have mentioned, might be a good idea to do a clean install. This way you get a fresh start on everything.There's a good tutorial here:

In addition to what everyone else had already posted download a HDD checker from the manufacturer of your HDD. The problem does sound like you have too much crap loading up. But last week I did work on a system doing exactly as the OP says with browsers taking 2 minutes to load etc. The HDD was bad. Just something else to look at. But I agree that the India thing is a scam.

I went back to the clock function and found the icon that says the automatic timer was on.
I clicked it off and there was a function to reset it manually.
I reset the time , clicked on the automatic timing function and it has been keeping the correct time for 20m.
It seems to be good.
You'll know if it is properly holding it's time when you shutdown (not sleep or hibernation) and try booting next day. It may be gradual too, so you don't notice it losing time 'till a few days or weeks have passed. Just make sure it is a proper shutdown though.
