    virus in browsers??

I'm in Hong Kong, where the broadband speed is very fast here
and no problems visiting any sites always.

However, it takes me 10-20 seconds to get to many common sites like Microsoft or Yahoo or Google and taking another 10-20 seconds or longer to get to another page under the same domain, I looked at the status bar and found that it is every time connecting to many sites like mem.gfx.ms and I can't remember the names...

Looks like they are virus ?

I've tried to reset Firefox but a few minutes after that, looks like it happens again.

Anything I can do to clean out those virus?

Please download Malwarebytes' AdwCleaner onto your Desktop.

    • Double click on AdwCleaner_xxxx.exe to run the tool.
    • Click on Scan.
    • After done scanning, please hit Logfile. Locate the logfile in the Scan tab, double-click on it, copy the information inside of it, and paste it into your next reply.
    • You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[Sx].txt as well.

No, not that one at least. It belongs to Microsoft...
Registrant info - Organization: Microsoft Corporation
    Domain: mem.gfx.ms | ThreatMiner.org

...and is clean according to VirusTotal.
    URL: http://mem.gfx.ms/
    Detection ratio: 0 / 66

Try cleaning browser's cache. If it helps, try to disable caching or change it to less.

How to Clear the Cache in Firefox [3 Minutes, Easy]

type in the address bar about:config
then press the button i'l be careful i promise
then type in the bar browser.cache.disk.enable
then double click on it, to make it false
    exit firefox and restart-it.
    do the same with browser.cache.memory.enable
Too bad that nothing Chromium-based has an option to limit the cache size like on Firefox. I find that my browsing is smoothest when the cache size is around 100-200 MB, after that it slows down (it’s not exactly a new computer) and I see the cache size goes up to half a gigabyte or more before I remember to clean it. No idea where it would stop. Occasionally I just clear it all with the History Eraser extension. On Firefox, no such problems.

Did you try another browser? This way you'll see if the problem is Firefox only. Firefox sometimes can become really slow, depending on various things, like Add-ons.
