    Windows Defender Error 0x80070003

I was looking at Windows Update when it gave me the error: http://puu.sh/jn4D7/3c1d58e9bc.png
I then decided to try to manually update Windows Defender from it's interface, and it gave me the same error as a dialog box : http://puu.sh/jn4Oq/c36d2d3928.png

I've attempted restarting Windows Defender and restarting my system. I've also done some research, and attempted to manually update Windows Defender. No dice. I'm no longer sure what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
